Needs better training - Anonymous employee Fenagh Engineering and Testing Employee Review

Poor training, they will just throw you into the field without proper training and expect you to not only know how to do certain inspections but also all of the paperwork involved without taking the necessary time to explain and go through it all so that new employees are fully equipped to do the job properly. This leads to a lot of frustration and stress at this company that is very avoidable. There has been a couple of occasions where I specifically asked for more training on different inspections but management seemed to ignore my request and sent me into the field by myself to do it anyway. Also, you do not know your schedule for the week or even for the following day until 5 or 6pm the night before.
