      There's no pros in this.

      Cons

      Try to avoid these kind of companies. Pay is very less like no pay you are working there free (5k). Some guys in company told that they may not pay you in time. Beware fresher's please don't join there are lot of other good companies just keep try. Very poor infrastructure.

      1.Company they will never give salary. sometimes give monthly 2000 Rs or 4000 Rs. 2.Original Certificates they will take it. 3.Notice period 90 days. They will never give experience certificates. 4.Once we get the good opportunities in other company. They will scold and not provide the relieving letter.

      1. Management person behavior is very worst. 2.They will not allow leaving the company. 3.Rude persons threatening everytime in employees.
