Pros

Had the opportunity to work directly with the Editor of Femina Pune. Maintained a structured and healthy 9 - 5 work culture. This role marked the beginning of my journey into UX.

Cons

Experienced the challenging, less glamorous side of the media industry. Compensation was comparatively low.

Pros

Solid team work, great boss who believes in the young people, good environment to work at. Everyone was very nice and not toxic.

Cons

There were some problem with getting the salary. Suddenly, after a few years working there, our monthly salary was divided into two and be given at the middle and end of the month.

Pros

- Great place to acquire at least the basic knowledge about running media business (magazines, radio & event organizer agency). - Free toast breakfast and buffet lunch, proper meals with fruits (lunch) and tea (breakfast). - Flexible working hours. I saw people coming at 8:30, went for breakfast, start working by 9, and signed off at around 4 - 5 pm. The same applies when taking leave permit, both half day and full day, you can just notice few hours in advance. This is very convenient especially for working mothers, who juggles between taking their kids to (different) schools, doctors, daycare before going to work (consider the heavy traffic in Jakarta).

Cons

- It has every characteristics of most typical family owned Company .... - Office bullies
