Pros
From a field service standpoint Felsomat is the best company that I have worked for in my 18 years in the business. They do appreciate and take care of their service employees.
Cons
Everyone in support roles are stretched very thin, and an issue has to become a huge issue to get any needed attention from management or engineering.
