From a compensation standpoint, it is incredibly important to us to provide competitive market wages, not just when hiring externally, but more importantly across our existing talent. We consistently review market data for current employees to ensure they're paid fairly and competitively, and our practice is to make adjustments where needed based on that data (among other variables). Lastly, our retention rate remains notably lower than industry standards and we are proud of our strong employee tenure here.
