      -Young, close-knit team that works cross functionally -Everyone is approachable and willing to help, even upper management -Great exposure and experience -Business is constantly growing, even during pandemic -Fun team outings/activities -Management cares about Team and is always trying to improve -Company is big into charity events, lots of opportunities to volunteer and give back

      -Benefits need to be more competitive -Need to hire more personal for the growing business

      Pros

      Good health insurance and PTO. I enjoyed working with my peers.

      Cons

      Depending on what manager you get, watch out. HR sweeps all complaints under the rug when a manager is considered "indispensable". Complaints not just by me, but an ENTIRE TEAM. A manager who completely lacks people skills, only technical ones, shouldn't even be a manager.
