      Pros

      This used to be a good company with great culture. Not anymore unfortunately.

      Cons

      Lots of pressure from leaders to 10x yourself with AI usage. Benefits could be better, in fact, they started to remove some of them. Compensation below market for all you need to do and the different hats you need wear. Lots of silient layoffs, almost one per year. All good people leaving.

      - Remote - CEO seems fine but unaware of what is going on within one of his teams

      Cons

      - Toxic leader that belittles team. -Do not come here expecting to make a commission, gain experience or grow as a professional. - Leader does nothing to help sell and doesn't even truly know the platform
