      Lack maturity in people management Highly oriented toward the product but lacking in the infrastructure maturity. Not quite clear on the expectations. Seems to have different views between members of the higher up management.

      - Remote - CEO seems fine but unaware of what is going on within one of his teams

      Cons

      - Toxic leader that belittles team. -Do not come here expecting to make a commission, gain experience or grow as a professional. - Leader does nothing to help sell and doesn't even truly know the platform
