      - Really solid and technical team. You can learn from everyone here - Your voice is heard input is valued - A lot of opportunity for impact - Lots of ability to learn and adopt new tooling when it makes sense - Good cross-functional team events - Remote-first workplace

      - Startup environment means that things are fast-paced to be first to market with new functionality. Results in juggling a lot of different contexts simultaneously

      - Remote - CEO seems fine but unaware of what is going on within one of his teams

      Cons

      - Toxic leader that belittles team. -Do not come here expecting to make a commission, gain experience or grow as a professional. - Leader does nothing to help sell and doesn't even truly know the platform
