Pros
Transparent work culture, smart open-minding team, strong vision-orientated leadership and a product which really impacts customer's lives in a positive way. There's so much that's great about working here. Being part of a small team really affords opportunities to grow and if you're good at what you do, opportunities for internal promotion are here.
Cons
I would say the org is still adjusting to being a remote-first company. Being fully remote is great for me, but I think there's more that Felix could to fully embrace the remote environment and really embed that ethos in our culture.
