Workflow is good, client reach is there. Salary is okaish,

1. There is no HR, no one to hear employee's grievances 2. It is a sales job, they expect you to convert free clients to paid users and if you don't its direct termination . 3. Management is terrible and there is no one you can turn to to address these things.
