The machinery Felder makes are excellent quality and can truly delivery perfect results for their users from hobby to professional woodworkers. It was great to delivery utilitarian value to our customers and know they would appreciate the attention to detail and precision of the machines. They are a growing company with enormous potential to grow sales and service in the US market.

The old CRM they operate is a legacy system and needs to be updated. They are a growing company who is constantly adding new staff and with that comes a lot of challenges, especially in today's job market. Internal communication between departments can be improved to create a better overall experience for the customer.

Very little help when out on the field If its the weekend and you have a flat in the middle of nowhere, the company will not help you. Nobody will answer when you call. You are on your own once you leave the office.
