Cons
The company is beyond unprofessional in so many ways. Almost all managers were just former performers with no formal education or managerial experience. Expect your emails or phone calls to go unanswered for four—yes, FOUR—months on average. The company could not care less about its performers both in terms of health and wellness or employee satisfaction because, in their opinion, all performers are fully and completely replaceable. The brands that they represent like Disney and Marvel are so strong that families will always come to watch their shows, regardless of the quality. Consequently, they have no impetus to treat their employees well. For many positions, the pay is slightly just above minimum wage and there is essentially zero chance that you'll make substantially more unless you go into management.
