I've worked at Feld for less than a year and have really enjoyed working here. The atmosphere is fast pace and you must be comfortable taking initiative. Because it is a smaller agency, I've enjoyed being able to participate in the different facets of advertising, such as copy writing and post-production. You are also given ample room to grow and the work atmosphere is great, love hanging out with my coworkers. Everyone works hard but the office is lively and fun. Plus the office is located in the beautiful Letterman Digital Art Campus in the Presidio, and there is a cafeteria and gym on campus.

Due to smaller teams, workload and bandwidth can be hard to manage, but team members are very supportive and willing to help where they can.
