My property manager was amazing. They were a great mentor to learn from.

Take this as a sign to keep looking for other jobs. I also read the Glassdoor review, and still took a position. How naïve I was. Upper management and the Feils were energy sucking. I have no idea how I made it as long as I did with them. The way they operate is awful, and not a true representation of all Class A building owners. Everything is still done on paper. We have to recycle vendors all the time because it takes at LEAST 2 months for them to hand sign their checks, and THEN mail them out. They claim to be luxury real estate and talk a great game, but they just slice your budgets, staff, and everything else. They’re cheap towards employees, vendors, and Tenants. I wouldn’t recommend them in any facet. My new job pays me $15k more, and I have less responsibilities. They also don’t chew you out if you make a mistake on something that was never taught to you in the first place.
