Everyone is nice and willing to help. All files are open to everyone in the company so if you want to learn something and have time, you can always have access. Boss is a strong and positive woman, having good inspiration and foresight. There are also food and music in the company and in-house workshop, happy environment.

Not many senior engineers and everyone is busy, so not perfect for a new grad to develop. May be better for experienced engineers.
