      Good salary .... not worth it - Strategic Account Director Feedzai Employee Review

      - Good Salary and overall company perks - Products

      Cons

      - No interest whatsoever in their employee's onboarding experience, I never got a welcome note from my manager or even guidance on role expectations (even though on the HR welcome email that was the very first item) - After many attempts to make a meaningful connection with different stakeholders, I could understand this was going nowhere - Decided to terminate my contract before the probation period without even having another job as I had to prioritize my mental health over remuneration - Not an isolated issue as other 2 members of the account management team decided to do the same - it speaks volumes about an organization

      Pros

      Feedzai has a top notch product that is helping stop real world fraud impacting millions of people around the world. The leadership team is very accessible and open to ideas that will help the company grow and scale. The culture is great and very collaborative. Work hours are flexible and with so many companies forcing a RTO plan onto employees Feedzai is doing the opposite and allowing people to have remote work and work-life balance. Benefits are also top notch!
