Pros

- Being part of a rapidly growing startup - Open communication policy. You can always express concern / provide feedback to anyone from upper management at any time. - Benefits have only grown since I joined the company in 2017 - Opportunity to learn different aspects of the eCommerce industry. - Opportunity to learn various technical tools (XML, xpath, HTML, Regular Expressions, etc.) - Work with some of the biggest global brands and develop relationships with those involved. - Developers are always working on the next big release - there's genuine excitement whenever an update to the platform is released. Updates are based on our direct feedback. - The people are really great - a lot of bright people from all over. - Company parties are fun and drama-free

Cons

- Not enough focus on sustainable practices (i.e. plastic / single-use items in the kitchen / no carbon offsetting for flights and travel / etc.) - Fast-paced environment doesn't fit everyone - Internal processes change frequently, which can catch some off guard - There is a cap to how much PTO we can save up (if you hit the ceiling, you're wasting PTO) - Not enough plants in the office!

Pros

The company has a robust product training program for new employees, with a self-paced online curriculum and the guidance of an instructor.

Cons

I joined the company in early 2025 as part of the sales organization (account management). Shortly thereafter—while I was still in training—I was let go without being provided a clear reason. I had only one brief meeting with my manager and hadn’t received any performance feedback. I was instructed to focus on learning the product and following the onboarding process. During training, I ran into some challenges with a technical assignment involving a skill that hadn’t been discussed during interviews. I proactively asked for support, but shortly afterward, my employment was ended. I attempted to follow up with leadership and HR, but did not receive a response. To this day, I have no understanding of what led to that outcome. While I recognize that all companies have different expectations, I would have appreciated clearer communication or a chance to adjust. I’m sharing this because my experience didn’t match the company’s public reputation. For future employees, I hope the organization creates more transparency and fosters a more dignified experience for their people, especially during difficult decisions.
