Pros
- Super cool place to work, fun and relaxed, full of interesting and motivated people. - Company vision and missions are really enthusing, and the senior staff live&breath the values they preach. - The team is young yet super knowledgeable, committed and hardworking. - Fluid interactions, flat hierarchy and a lot of responsibilities given from the very beginning. - Product is genuinely very good - Solid piece of software and great UX at the service of pedagogy. - (Relative to Covid/ WFH situation) I started during Covid pandemic and I'm genuinely impressed by how the situation is managed; internal comms are smooth and on point, engagement and morale are kept high, management really goes a great length to ensure that everyone is fine and well equipped to work remotely.
Cons
I think someone said it here before, but it's the only heads up I can think about: startup life is not for everyone. You definitely need to be motivated, committed, believe in yourself and be ready to take ownership of your growth and development from day one. For structured processes and a defined career path, look elsewhere.
