Overloading of work without any compensation top management politics Executives are not even given any proper training

I don't see any pros but in general, the only thing good about this company is that they don't have a corporate culture but some managers try to bring in that

They take up a lot of Projects and don't finish anything on time and all the pressure and burden are on the executives who don't even get any basic bonus all the benefits are sucked up by the top management who has around 10-20 years of experience. Too much politics and drama with a saturated learning for a new joined its more like a call center that like a research organization where they make you do telephonic calls to gather data which is very difficult
