Salary was deducted from employees who did not attend the founders' wedding. Founders would also directly comment on or make fun of employees' personal life choices, and there were random salary deductions. Overall, it felt like an unprofessional and toxic work environment.

The company's environment helps you flourish in multitasking, team coordination is well oiled. The founders are always open to teach and share knowledge without judging one, no matter the position they are always ready to share knowledge and help apply it practically.
