When it gets busy they rush you to finish the jobs for weeks but there's no welding they send you elsewhere to do other jobs instead of letting you go home & call you when there's work but no. Can't speak of HR either. If you have no PTO available & you have family emergencies they don't care they still write you up for it. I guess it was an ok company to work for. Also they do not acknowledge you for the work that you do there if you do a good job they don't say anything but if you make mistakes they are all over your shoulder.
