Solid entry level benefits. Decent work schedules. Good PTO and holidays. No too much oversight from upper management.
Cons
Not much room to advance your career. Unless you are on a major contract from them, expect to be ignored by the vice president and other essential upper tier personnel. They are definitely a company trying to get their footing so don't expect a competitive salary.
