Pros
I really enjoyed my time with Federated. Although my contract had it's difficulties on occasion at the fault of the client, overall I felt Federated fostered an excellent employee culture and I always felt appreciated. Management is competent and understands how to win work. The benefits and pay were very generous and I genuinely felt cared for as an employee. I cannot say that about other employers I have worked for.
Cons
The only con I can think off is difficulty keeping a job with the company when your contract ends. The corporate staff did put in a very genuine effort to get me moved to another contract; however, there was nothing available at the time. I would go back to working for them in a heartbeat.
