      The pay and manager for banquet serving is great and so is the manager

      Hosting is extremely draining for low pay with a certain manager that makes life living hell.

      Pros

      The busy seasons are busy. Football season is fine, Arts Fest in the summertime is fine.

      Cons

      The summer is a ghost town and we are heavily overstaffed with servers. College students during the school year aren't bringing as much business as you'd think--they do not have money.
