Pros
FM was good to me. They treated me well, paid me well, and were good on benefits. The people were mostly good with few exceptions, and those exceptions were quickly weeded out.
Cons
FM tried really hard to do really good at a lot of things, and they weren’t afraid to spend money to make it happen, but in my case they overstaffed a department trying to improve on some things that had gotten out of hand. When things were wrangled back into control they realized they were overstaffed with no good reason to keep the manpower so they downsized the department and sent me packing.
