Pros
Pay was on time and they were so poorly managed that they would let you take extra weeks off without pay as policy, because they did not know how to budget and always ran out of money at the end of the fiscal year.
Cons
They love to promote butt-kissing morons. The people that actually know their jobs are disrespected and kept down. Management does not care about employee safety, health, comfort or happiness. They only look at spreadsheets and try to get the biggest bonuses they can while taking everything they can from the little guys. They are the worst managed company I have ever worked at. They want salary to collect 40 hours pay for 60 or more hours a week. They call you in on vacations without comp. They rule by threats and bullying. Management is unethical.
