Pros
The mission is awesome. We are training future law enforcement professionals who will go on to protect our country. The hours are great. It is a standard 8-4, Monday through Friday job. So there is rarely any weekend or nights that you have to work. You have free access to the largest and best equiped gym in the area. As a government job, it is also hard for you to get fired without a very good reason.
Cons
Too much politics. It is too hard to move ahead unless you know someone in upper management and they are your champion.
