Pros

-Learn a lot about government procurement -Flexible work schedules -Decent benefits -Friendly people -interesting research

Cons

-very low salary -little chance of being promoted into another department -upper management claims that analysts are valued and important, but they don't really show us -other than mini promos not much chance of making decent money there -gets old doing the same thing everyday -treat analysts differently from cde's...seem to value them more -Working in Tysons is a pain with all the traffic -You end up covering for people a lot -Turn over is extremely high, someone quits at least once a month, they can't seem to keep anyone working there b/c the salary sucks -They are always "reorganizing", lots of "layoffs" for upper execs
