Pros
Its a steady paycheck, relaxed setting, but compensation is lower than national average. I was officially offered the lower end of the range I was told to expect. Most everybody works a second job because they have too financially.
Cons
The work is the same day to day just different numbers. Supply Chain is treated like the Alaska of FedEx, and changes in the office will take much longer than stated in order to be promoted or move up in rank.
