      Part-Times can move up to Full-Time Employee Part Times can get insurance which some companies can't Learn a lot about customer service and how to deal with the unexpected Everyday is different and you get a lot of training

      Long hours and can get understaffed sometimes Dealing with customers all day can be draining and change the mood of the day. Expected to be able to help out at other stores when needed

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
