      Pros

      - you can grow as fast or as slow as you want/need - benefits package - resources available for growth & development

      Cons

      - the technology is mostly outdated and though being updated is sill year behind the general population must less the retail industry - the amount of "work arounds" needed to manage print due to the new internal program makes day to day work cumbersome and frustrating - above mentioned system is not scheduled to be "complete" for nearly 2 more years - updates and new roll outs are not widely tested and mostly done in "safe" environments so general roll outs result in days of errors

      Friendly coworkers and supportive team environment. Gained strong customer service and communication skills while helping with printing, shipping, and handling different types of orders.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for advancement since you often have to wait for someone to leave before moving up.

      Pros

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
