Pros

The best reason to work here is the FedEx name. It is one of Fortune magazines top 100 companies, which to me means job security. They do offer health insurance, 401K and also some discounts are places like Apple, HP, and Sprint, for example.

Cons

My part of the insurance for my family is around $400 a month, which is 1/4 of my pay. They really expect a lot out of you, production, customer service, SALES, and shipping, which is fine, but not for what they pay. It takes a long time for change to happen, even when it is reported. (ie management problems)

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
