      Pros

      The work culture is great. You are treated more than a number, but as a person. The district works closely together and there is a close community. Long training to ensure your confidence in the work.

      Cons

      I believe the starting pay for team member at 15.50 could be higher, as it's becoming the new minimum wage, and this is a complicated job. The job isn't necessarily hard, but it IS complicated.

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
