      Pros

      Remote work Mostly independent, minimal supervision Laptop and phone provided Inside sales makes every call a warm one Decent benefits with low pay 401k match is great

      Cons

      No guidance or training on how to sell print services. No strategies provided from account owners. Each market is very different, some have great collaboration, some don't. Incentive bonus structure is a joke. Recruiters try very hard to spin their offer as acceptable and do not negotiate.

      Pros

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
