Pros
Great clientele, great skills to learn like printing and phone orders, use of computer software to stay tech savvy, great job to surround yourself with customers that own businesses and need printing or file work done, calling off weeks or months head of time for time off is efficient
Cons
Management is very strict, if you get lucky you'll get a manager that'll have your back as long as you have theirs, district managers will easily turn their back on you if you defy strict company policies even the minimal amount, barely any company growth especially due to competitive pay, unreliable scheduling especially if you want to work certain hours (they will put you in shifts they need you to be in), new members usually replace old ones, corporate will do its best to weed you out and put you on pins and needles once they assume your underperforming regardless if you have received achievements and work well with customers; strict policies ensure termination of those who defy them at even the smallest amount- I feel like this ties in with heavy use of corporate politics.
