      Pros

      Friendly employees, ability to move up in the company (advance), pretty reasonable wage, and positive energy throughout.

      Cons

      No Overtime. Management implements a lot of new ideas to improve various parts of the job before comprehending if the previous idea/change had a good success rate. They are constantly changing something which forces you to pick up on new rules/regulations pretty rapidly. I've watched numerous managers and Team Members walk away from the company because of this. Company is all about "We Listen" surveys.

      Pros

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
