Pros

Nice customers and you get to learn about printing

Cons

The manager wave very awful to the employees and had a power complex. He constantly accused employees of stealing, then made sure employees did not get a raise, by rating them 0.1 below the employee review score needed. Lots of metrics, not much pay. All my HR concerns fell on deaf ears, and former employees had the same complains about the same bad boss; corporate promoted the bad boss in the end.

Pros

Friendly coworkers and supportive team environment. Gained strong customer service and communication skills while helping with printing, shipping, and handling different types of orders.

Cons

Limited opportunities for advancement since you often have to wait for someone to leave before moving up.

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
