Solid benefits, solid benefits, solid benefits. Strong teamwork and positive attitude. If you believe something isn't working well, you have the opportunity to provide creative solutions for improvement. This all depends on center management.
Cons
Low pay. To work here you must sacrifice a little bit of your dignity and integrity. The customer's satisfaction will always come before what is right. To save face for the company, you occasionally have to lose some of your own. There isn't much internal or external appreciation for a job well done.
