Pros

They take care of their own. Even when we weren’t working during the pandemic, while other companies were laying off employees, they at least paid us for 35hrs/wk

Cons

Like everywhere else they want you to do more with less, which creates a difficult and stressful work environment. Especially when the work load keeps going up, but the pay doesn’t, and neither does the number of team members on staff. When I started at the office there were 12 people in my building. They now expect us to do the same job with half the staff.

Pros

Friendly coworkers and supportive team environment. Gained strong customer service and communication skills while helping with printing, shipping, and handling different types of orders.

Cons

Limited opportunities for advancement since you often have to wait for someone to leave before moving up.

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
