      Pros

      Benefits were great. Paid time off, sick time, floating holidays and holiday pay. Tuition reimbursement. My coworkers were the best! Loved working with them. Flexible schedule, very flexible with school. Opportunities for advancement within the company.

      Cons

      Customers. The WORST thing about this job was the customers. Annoying and irritating or would get upset if you couldn't do something for them on the spot as if there's not a self service area where you can do your own work. Want you to do everything for them like go to their email and attach something, no do it yourself. Complain about prices like there isn't the library or staples.

      Pros

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
