      Pros

      Co Workers are generally smart and pleasant. Benefits package pretty cost-effective.

      Cons

      Corporate direction for CSS position changes frequently. Promises of promotion form within yet pigeon-holing and outside hires for well-publicized internal postings persist. Hourly sales are basically support for salary sales, and that is bonus based and not commission. FXO is basically small division of FDX, inter-division moves are difficult.

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
