Pros

There are some very helpful and knowledgeable people when it comes to training BUT......learning differs greatly depending upon who is training.

Cons

There is no place to go unless you can tolerate years earning a non-living wage. The turnover is great due to the low wages and very fast-paced physical work. It's just not worth it (go to fast food). Most of the long-term (more than 1 year) employees feel "stuck" and are forced to maintain two jobs. You have a FEW very dedicated, caring, helpful hard working people who are not being compensated appropriately. The rest of them are arrogant, selfish, bossy people with their own agenda. Way too much time is spent trying to fix or clean printers - instead of using them.

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
