      Strong company, lots of training. There is a good structure and many resources for employees. There are opportunities to move up if you want to follow the path of store management,

      Cons

      It is always busy. There are always balls to keep in the air. The money is better than most places but still so so for the amount of work that you do. Benefits are good through.

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
