      Pros

      Different all the time, keeps it interesting. If you like consulting with customers and problem solving, this is a good job.

      Cons

      Fedex Office is the ugly step child of the Fedex Corporations. We receive less wage, benefit, and overall support then most of the other "operating companies". They rely on team members to do everything that in other large companies would be handled by support staff, in order to save money.

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
