Pros

You get to work with some really good people. I made some lifetime friends and was able to network with business leaders.

Cons

Field management is terrible and they micro manage everything and if you miss a key metric 1 day you have to right an action plan that takes you away from doing the important things customer service and training the few TM's that you are allowed to have, when most of the time the metric will correct it's self the very next day. They let people who worked there for years get away with murder and the LP person is a complete bully who should have been let go years ago.

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
