Pros

Generally great customers to work with. Compensation & Benefits are fair.

Cons

Micro managed by DMs, who have no clue what goes on day to day. The "goals" are an everending moving targets. Lack of consistency in expectations of center teams: Maintain high volume and consistent revenue in the thousands from a large corporate client? Doesn't matter unless you hit your "quota" of product of the month totalling maybe $100-200. Yes, that will definitely increase the revenue streams for the company, pens and screen cleaners. Not even Staples tries this waste of time. What about the different standards between centers in the same district? Take center "A", you can be leading in sales, profit, overall customer sat, but miss a greeting here or there and get written up and micromanaged. Yet, at center "b", you could be terrible at greeting, poor sales, multiple out of stocks, etc, but the mgr not only avoids the write ups, but gets promoted.

Pros

Friendly coworkers and supportive team environment. Gained strong customer service and communication skills while helping with printing, shipping, and handling different types of orders.

Cons

Limited opportunities for advancement since you often have to wait for someone to leave before moving up.

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
