      Pros

      The pay and benefits are pretty good. Part time tend to get benefits and vacation after about 10 months after initial hiring date.

      Cons

      Lately, there's been a lot of pressure to get surveys and upsell retail products to accompany sometimes already expensive printing orders.

      Pros

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
