      Pros

      Monday-Friday job with full 40hrs shifts ,Good Benefits and pay vacations. Lots of Over time if you want it. Great People you will meet along the way.

      Cons

      Micro Management , Managers are good people but very powerless, District Manager completely disconnected and unrealistic on expectations. Poor communication from dispatchers ,will penalize for accidents but ignore safe driving milestones. Traffic and dispatchers will test you.No room for Growth in Transportation Dept.

      Pros

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
