      Pros

      Company has a good reputation, might look good on a resume.

      Cons

      Everyone is expected to know how to do everything. Too much multitasking. Training will take a year. As part time with benefits matched 5% 401k doesn’t start till a year of service. Health Insurance will not be available until 7 months of service. Constantly overwhelmed with the amount of work and constant customers. Vague about pricing for customers. Training is slow due to the constant work and influx of customers.

      Pros

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
